⚠️Prerequisites

Not all organisations require flexi benefit configuration and not all flexi benefit organisations need to be complex. Understand the prerequisites before proceeding to create the configuration.

  1. Organisation details are required.

  2. The list of organisation benefits needs to be finalised, i.e., gmc, gpa, telehealth, etc. Adding new benefits after flexi benefit configuration will not work or reflect for employees.

  3. The flexi benefits to be configured for the organisation need to be finalised.

    • Voluntary Topup (As a rider on GMC (or) as a standalone benefit)

    • Parents GMC (As a standalone benefit)

    • Zero Deduction (As a rider on GMC)

  4. List of choice sets for the employees and the wallet amount for choice selections, if any.

  5. List of employees who will go under policy placement enrollment.
