Once the enrollment is started by the onboarding manager and emails are sent, the employee can sign in to their newly created account, verify the phone number and proceed to enrollment.
The first screen is to enter the correct self details like name and date of birth. The data presented to the user is as per the data shared by the HR to the onboarding team.
The second step is to add dependents (if the policy construct allows). The kind of dependents allowed again depends on the benefit configured for the organisation.
Once confirmed, the user can see the instructions to choose their flexi choices. If the employee were assigned a choice with a wallet amount, the employee would also know the wallet amount.
On the flexi choices page, the employee can select flexi choices like voluntary top-up, zero deduction and parent-only benefits based on the organisation and choice set configuration.
The final page is the summary of choices opted, and the amount employees would pay out of their pocket if it's more than the sponsored wallet amount. Once confirmed, the choices will be saved in the system. The employee can edit the choices as many times before the enrollment is stopped.
