The flexi benefits configurator will assist you with further steps. Use the link above to open the configurator. You will need the Organisation ID generated by OT in the previous step to get started.
You cannot edit the flexi benefits once configured; proceed with caution. The tool won't allow re-configuration of flexi benefits. Please make sure you are configuring the details correctly. Do not attempt to configure if you don't have the necessary data handy.
Load configurator - Copy the Organisation ID (eg. ucn8Blf0gcSwFsAY4NJN
) and paste it into the configurator. The configurator will load the data of the organisation and will show the initial screen. In the initial screen, you can see the list of flexi benefits available for the organisation. Choose all the required flexi benefits.
Add GMC grades - Irrespective of the options selected; the first step is configuring the list of GMC grades for the organisation. Define all the GMC SI grades in the first step.
Add Voluntary Topup - Add the list of VTU options the employee can opt for using the VTU configuration screen. This is similar to the previous step, but you will need to add premiums for each GMC grade configured in the previous step.
Add Parent Benefit - There are three ways of configuration for parents' benefit. Based on the policy sold, you might choose one of the configuration options. If the first option gets chosen, you need to add the same policy number to the parent-only benefit configurated on OT.
Single premium shared with base GMC Enter the additional premiums for adding parents in the input shown. The number of parents is based on the GMC Parents policy added in the OT.
Separate grades independent of base GMC In this category, you can add new grades for the parent's policy and premiums for parental counts, like in the previous step. The SI grades added here are independent of the base GMC policy.
Separate grades similar to base GMC In this category, you add premiums for parents, but the SI grades will be similar to the base GMC. This category is less likely to be sold.
Add Zero Deduction - ZD is a simple configuration. Just enter the additional premium paid by the employee to choose this rider.
Generate Preview - Click the generate preview button to generate the list of actions the tool will perform when the configuration is finalised. Carefully go through the summary generated before the system locks the configuration.
Complete configuration - Once verified, click complete configuration to lock the inputs. The tool will lock the configurations on the database within a few seconds. Once successfully configured, the screen will show the message - Successfully added Flexi Benefits
and will redirect you to the choice set configuration tool. More about choice set configuration in the next section.
