Create new organisation

The first step of onboarding a new organisation is to create an organisation on the Onboarding Tool

Use the usual SOP for creating the organisation on the OT (Onboarding Tool). There are no changes to the existing practice for creating an organisation.

  1. Use the brand name and legal name of the organisation in the Create New Organisation modal and click Create new organisation.

  2. Once created, the organisation will be selected by default. If you don't see it selected, refresh OT and select the newly created organisation.
