Learn about setting up enrollment for the policy placement and onboarding employees to the dashboard
Collect Link - https://app.plumhq.com/collect-internal We will use collect to upload the members to the dashboard as usual. There is one new change introduced for flexi-benefit orgs. You must add each employee's choice set code and the primary fields.
In the image below, we have added a new column - Choice Set Title, which is set as A1 and A2 in the example. The values are entered based on the choice set generated in the previous step.
Uploading to Collect
Use the CSV on the Collect and check if the
Benefit choice alias titlefield is selected. If not, map the field to the choice set column you named after.Proceed and create the Collect ID (e.g.
82010e61-13d8-4e7a-bbce-ebb948dcb666) for the file you uploaded.
Obtaining Collect ID
Onboarding via OT
Select the organisation and select a benefit to view the member upload widget.
Enter the collect ID and click proceed to verify there are no errors.
Upload members widget Proceed to upload the members, and members will be uploaded to the system.
