About memberships Through the Flexi Benefit enrollment method, the memberships are not created at the start of the enrollment. This ensures we capture the employee choice before finalising the membership to provide.
Starting enrollment
Select the organisation from the organisation dropdown to load the organisation data.
Click enable enrollment and enter the email template alias from Postmark. Check with the product managers in case you are new to enrollment SOP.
Once created, click on the toggle to start the enrollment. The enrollment will automatically start in a few seconds (in rare cases, up to a minute).
