💻Starting enrollment

This step needs to be performed after the employees are onboarded. This is same as the current SOP.

Pro-tip: Refresh OT to make sure all new changes are updated and updated data is obtained from the server.

About memberships Through the Flexi Benefit enrollment method, the memberships are not created at the start of the enrollment. This ensures we capture the employee choice before finalising the membership to provide.

Starting enrollment

• Select the organisation from the organisation dropdown to load the organisation data.

• Click enable enrollment and enter the email template alias from Postmark. Check with the product managers in case you are new to enrollment SOP.

  

  Configure enrollment modal
• Once created, click on the toggle to start the enrollment. The enrollment will automatically start in a few seconds (in rare cases, up to a minute).
