💻Stopping enrollment

Once the enrollment is completed for the organisation, you need to stop the enrollment via OT.

Enrollment can be performed only once Please note that the enrollment can be done only once for the policy placement. Once stopped, we cannot reset the enrollment or employee data at any cost. Convey this to HR before you proceed and extend the enrollment if required.

Stopping enrollment

• Select the organisation from the organisation dropdown to load the organisation data.

• Once loaded, click on the toggle to stop the enrollment. The enrollment will automatically stop in a few seconds (in rare cases, up to a minute).

• The memberships for the employees and their dependents will be created at this point and will reflect in OT, the admin dashboard and the employee dashboard. One can download the same via OT as CSV to place the policy with the insurers for all benefits.
